Headspace: Healthy Mind. Happy Body.

In August 2022, the everyday mindfulness and meditation app Headspace partnered with 24 Hour Fitness gym to provide a promotional 3 months free membership to the app for all gym members to promote the company's commitment to mental health and well being. The goal with the Headspace partnership was to further promote the importance of mental health to help gym members build life-changing habits in order to stress less, sleep better, get moving, and find more focus and joy. With their mission statement to "create a healthier, happier world" the free membership offered a new value proposition to drive engagement to both sign-ups for the app, and fitness club memberships for current and prospective guests.
