Flame Forward! isn't just a celebration, it's ignition. Nightingale forges a future in which nursing education is deeply personal and individualized. Their distance learning combined with the latest technological innovations fan the flames of their success. The future of health care is forged by the nurses they train, relevantly skilled leaders who represent the communities they serve. They are visionaries, innovators, and disruptors forging the path to a better world through better health and better humanity. They don't follow change, they fuel it. The animations, video editing, and motion graphics I created in collaboration with my Creative Director portrayed this energy through dynamic motion, comic book style animations to portray nurses as modern day heroes, and footage of the employees attending the conference's events.
